Privacy notice
This notice explains in plain words what personal data we process, why, on what legal basis and for how long.
Who is responsible for your data
The controller is Berrymore MB, company code 305630397, Vilnius, Lithuania (“we”). Website: skelbimofoto.lt. For any data protection question write to labas@skelbimofoto.lt.
What we process, why and on what basis
| When | What data | Why, and the legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| You send a photo or place an order | Email address, name (if you give it), the content of your messages, the photos you send and the results we make, payment and invoice details | To do the work, deliver it, redo it and answer your questions – entering into and performing a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Invoices – a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) |
| We write to your company | The agent's name, work email address, agency name, the page where we found the address, the property page, our message history and your reply | To offer our service to companies that sell or let property – our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We write only to legal entities, at work addresses they publish on their own websites |
| You accept analytics cookies | Pages viewed, where you came from, approximate location (country, city), device and browser type | To understand how the site is used – your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Without consent we collect no analytics |
| You unsubscribe | Your email address on our do-not-contact list; the unsubscribe link stores only a random code of the message, not your address | So that we never write again – a legal obligation to respect your objection (Art. 6(1)(c) and Art. 21 GDPR) |
| You open the website | IP address and request data in server logs | To run the site and protect it from abuse – legitimate interest |
Your email address is required so we can send you the result: without it we cannot carry out the order. Everything else you give is up to you.
Card payments are processed by Stripe, which handles payment data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your card details – we only receive information about the payment (amount, date, email address).
Emails to companies and your right to object
Every email we send says who we are, where we found the address and how to stop. You can object to the use of your address for direct marketing at any time: click the unsubscribe link, reply “NERAŠYTI” (“don't write”), or write to us. We then never write again, and you don't need to give a reason.
Cookies
We use no strictly necessary cookies. Analytics cookies are switched on only after you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. We remember your choice in your browser's storage (localStorage, key sf-consent) so we don't ask on every visit; after 12 months we ask again.
| Cookie | Set by | Purpose | Expires |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga, _ga_* | Google Analytics | Telling visits apart for statistics; advertising features off | 13 months |
You can withdraw consent at any time with the “Cookies” link at the bottom of the page. These cookies are then deleted.
Who receives data
Data is processed by service providers who act on our instructions and may not use it for their own purposes:
- Google – email (Google Workspace) and, with your consent, site analytics (Google Analytics);
- Vercel – website hosting and file storage;
- OpenAI – furnishing photos with AI and checking the result. OpenAI does not use data sent through its API to train its models.
Payments are handled by Stripe (see above). We do not sell your data and do not pass it to anyone for advertising.
Transfers outside the European Economic Area
These providers and Stripe are US companies or use US infrastructure. Data is transferred under the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (where the company is certified) or under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep data
- Photos you send and the results – 90 days after delivery, so we can redo them free of charge; sooner if you ask us to delete them.
- Order correspondence – while we carry out the order and settle any questions or claims about it.
- Invoices and payment records – as long as accounting law requires (usually 10 years).
- Data about emails to companies, including the address – no longer than 6 months after the last message. After that we keep only an irreversible code of the address (a hash) in its place, so we never write to it again. The same applies to the do-not-contact list.
- Server logs with IP addresses – no longer than 30 days.
- Google Analytics keeps analytics data for no longer than 14 months.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable format, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to labas@skelbimofoto.lt – we reply within one month.
If you believe your data is processed unlawfully, you can complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt) or to the data protection authority of the EU country where you live or work.
Automated decisions
AI creates and checks the photos, but we make no automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Changes
When we change this notice, we update the date at the top. If the purpose for which we use data we already hold were to change, we would tell you in advance.
