Terms of service
1. Who provides the service

2. The service
Virtual staging: we add furniture and decor with AI to the photo of an empty room that you send us. Where needed we also correct the light in the staged photos. We also furnish floor plans and can suggest one idea for rearranging the flat. The results are digital files sent by email.
3. What we never change
- Walls, windows, doors, floors and ceilings stay as they are in the photo. We add furniture and decor only.
- Every staged photo is labelled “Virtualiai apstatyta” (“Virtually staged”) on the image itself.
- You always get the untouched original with the staged photo.
4. Ordering and price
We can furnish your first photo free of charge, with no obligation. For further photos we state the price on the website or in our reply to your email before we start, and you pay only after you have accepted it. You pay once – no subscription and no automatic renewal. We tell you how to pay when you order.
5. Delivery
We send the results by email. We give the delivery time when you order.
6. Our guarantee
If you don't like the result, tell us what's off and we will redo it free of charge. If it still doesn't work for you, you don't pay for that photo, and if you have already paid, we refund everything you paid for it.
7. Consumers' right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of concluding it without giving a reason: write to us, or use the model form in section 15. We refund what you paid no later than 14 days after we receive your notice.
If you ask us to start work within those 14 days and then withdraw before the service is finished, you pay a proportionate amount for what has already been done. If you ask us to start straight away and confirm that you know you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided, you lose it at that point. This does not limit the guarantee in section 6.
8. What you promise us
- The photos are yours, or you have the right to have them edited and to use them (for example, the photographer's or owner's permission).
- You do not send photos showing people who have not agreed to it, or anything unlawful.
- You are at least 18.
9. How you may use the result
You may use the staged photos to market that property: in listings, on social media, in print. Do not crop or cover the “Virtualiai apstatyta” label, and do not use staged photos in a way that misleads anyone about the condition or fittings of the home. The results may not be resold as a product of your own or used to train other AI systems.
10. A rearrangement idea is an illustration only
A rearrangement idea is labelled “Pertvarkymo idėja · ne esamas planas” (“rearrangement idea · not the current layout”). It is not a building design, an expert assessment or a permit to rebuild. Whether walls can be moved is for a specialist and the competent authorities to decide.
11. Artificial intelligence
The results are made with AI and each is checked by a person. They are still illustrations, not a factual record of the home. The furniture shown is not for sale and is not included in the price of the property.
12. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order, except where the law does not allow liability to be limited (for example, damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence). These terms do not limit consumer rights that cannot be waived by contract.
13. Disputes
Lithuanian law applies. If something is wrong, write to us first – we will try to sort it out quickly. Consumers may also turn to the Lithuanian State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (vvtat.lrv.lt) or to the courts. Choosing Lithuanian law does not take away the protection a consumer has under the mandatory rules of the country where they live.

15. Model withdrawal form
Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract. A plain email works too.
